These terms govern your purchase and use of any course or digital learning content offered by Zeyad Shalaby through zeyadshalaby.com. By completing a purchase you agree to them and to the general Terms & Conditions.

What you are buying

You are buying a personal licence to use the content, not ownership of the content itself. The licence is non-exclusive, cannot be transferred, sold or rented, and is for one buyer only.

What you may do

• Watch the content on your own devices in order to learn.
• Download the attached files and resources and use them in your personal and commercial projects, unless the course page says otherwise.
• Use what you learned in your work and your clients’ projects without restriction.

What you may not do

• Share your account or login details with anyone else.
• Record the lessons, download them with external tools, or capture the screen in order to republish them.
• Resell, upload or publish the course, in whole or in part, on any platform, group or channel.
• Sell the course files and resources as they are, or offer them as a competing product.
• Use the content to train others for a fee or present it as your own.
• Show the course to a group (a class, a company, a bootcamp) on a single individual licence. Team licences are agreed in writing.

The content is protected by the Intellectual Property Rights Law No. 82 of 2002. Pirating or leaking it leads to account suspension without refund, and to civil and criminal liability.

Access period

The access period of each course is written on its page. Where access is described as “lifetime”, it means for as long as the course is offered on the platform. If we decide to retire a course for good, we tell enrolled students at least thirty days in advance so they can finish it.

Updates and changes

We may update the course content, reorder it or replace old lessons with newer ones. Updates to the same course are free for those who bought it. New courses or separate editions may be sold separately.

Technical requirements

You are responsible for having a suitable device and internet connection, and for installing the software listed in the course requirements. Check the requirements on the course page before you buy.

Support

Support covers technical problems accessing the course and questions about its content, through the channels listed on its page. It does not cover building your own projects or reviewing work outside the course, unless that is stated explicitly.

No guaranteed results

We do our best to offer accurate and useful content, but we do not guarantee you a job, an income or any specific professional result. What you achieve depends on your effort, your practice and the market. Any figures or success stories we mention are illustrations, not promises.

Certificates

If a course grants a completion certificate, it only confirms that you completed the content. It is not an academic degree or a professional accreditation from an official body, unless stated explicitly.

Community conduct

If the course has a group or discussion space, be respectful. Insults, harassment, advertising, promoting other products and posting course content outside the group are not allowed. We may remove any member who breaks this.

Payment and refunds

Payment is made through the Fawaterk gateway under the Payment & Delivery Policy. Course refund conditions are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Account suspension

We may end your access to the course without refund if it is shown that you shared your account, copied or published the content, or obtained the course with a stolen payment method or by fraud. We tell you the reason, and you can object at contact@zeyad.email.

Minors

Anyone under eighteen buys with the consent of a guardian, who is responsible for the payment and for the minor’s compliance with these terms.
